Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Fylio, operated by SAS Collabas.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from the Fylio extension.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
- No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
2. Subscription Refunds
As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
- Technical issues on our end that prevented you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
To request a refund, contact us at support@fylio.pro with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
3. Add-On Credits
Add-on credit purchases are handled as follows:
- Credits already used: Non-refundable.
- Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed.
- After 14 days, add-on credit purchases are non-refundable regardless of usage.
4. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
However, by using the Service immediately after purchase (e.g., generating metadata, consuming credits), you acknowledge and agree that:
- The digital service begins immediately upon purchase
- You may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed
If you have not used any credits or features of a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting support@fylio.pro.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@fylio.pro with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address
- Describe the reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
