Fylio is not detecting uploaded images

If Fylio does not see your images on the upload page:

  1. Refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + R).
  2. Make sure the extension is enabled and pinned in Chrome.
  3. Check that you are on a supported page (Adobe Stock or Shutterstock contributor portal).
  4. Try uploading the images again from your computer.
  5. If the issue persists, restart Chrome.

If detection still fails, check that the file format is supported by your stock platform.
