What is the best workflow for Getty Images contributors?

A simple Batch workflow for Getty Images and iStock:

  1. Upload your image set to a batch in the Getty Images contributor portal (ESP).
  2. In Fylio, start a Batch and configure your generation settings — such as image topic, location, or other context to help the AI write more accurate headlines and captions.
  3. Wait for the batch to finish processing.
  4. Review the generated headlines and captions, and edit if needed.
  5. Configure your Autofill settings in Fylio — Country of shoot, Number of people, and Date Created.
  6. Use Autofill. Fylio fills each file’s headline, caption, and shoot details, then applies Getty’s keyword suggestions.
  7. Check the keywords on each file and submit.

On Getty, Autofill goes through files one by one inside the portal, so large batches take a little longer to fill than on Adobe Stock or Shutterstock. Grouping similar images — same location, same number of people, same shoot date — lets you apply one set of Autofill settings to the whole batch.
