Metadata generation is stuck

For Turbo: if a result does not appear within 30 seconds, refresh and try again. Turbo is real-time and completes in seconds.

For Batch: If a Batch is stuck past 24 hours:

1. Close and reopen the Fylio popup.
2. Sign out and back in.
3. Contact support — we can check the job status.
