Why is Getty Images autofill not working?

Most common fixes:

1. Make sure you are on an upload batch in the Getty Images contributor portal (esp.gettyimages.com), not the public Getty Images or iStock website.
2. Refresh the page after metadata is generated.
3. Confirm Fylio is signed in (open the extension popup).
4. Check Site access in chrome://extensions — Fylio needs access to esp.gettyimages.com.
5. Let Autofill finish. On Getty it works through files one by one, so avoid clicking around the batch until it is done.

Keywords missing or fewer than expected? On Getty, keywords come from Getty’s own suggestions for the headline. A very short or vague headline produces fewer suggestions — edit the headline to be more specific and request suggestions again.
