How do I keyword stock photos efficiently?

Three rules:

• Generate, do not type. AI keyword tools like Fylio do this faster and with broader coverage than manual tagging.
• Review strategically, not obsessively. Fylio generally produces strong and relevant keyword sets, but if you already have your own keywording strategy, niche knowledge, or specific search priorities, it’s worth adjusting the results to match your workflow.
• Use the full keyword limit. 49 on Adobe Stock, 50 on Shutterstock — but only with strong terms.

The first 5–10 keywords matter most. Get those right.
