Why is Batch still processing?

Batch jobs run on a queue. Most finish in 10 minutes; some take longer:

• large jobs (500+ images) take longer to complete
• peak load times can extend processing to 1+ hour
• maximum is 24 hours.

If a Batch has not finished after 24 hours, close and reopen the Fylio popup. If it is still stuck, contact support — we can check the job and re-queue if needed.
