How do I upload large stock batches?

For batches of 50+ images:

1. Upload the full set to the contributor portal in one go.
2. Run a single Batch in Fylio with shared settings (do not create multiple small batches).
3. Close the browser if you want — Batch runs in the background.
4. Come back when it is ready, do a quick review pass.
5. Autofill and submit.

Batch mode is built for this workflow — it is faster, more consistent, and more cost-efficient than processing images one by one.

For very large uploads, it’s often smarter to split images into a few separate batches based on content type or submission settings. For example:

• keep similar topics or categories together
• separate editorial and commercial content
• separate AI-generated and regular images.

This makes Autofill much more efficient, since you can apply the same submission settings across the entire batch instead of manually reviewing or changing settings for individual files.
